Technical Specifications & Performance : Available Thicknesses: Offered in 80, 100, 120, 150, 180, and 200 mm options to perfectly match your project's precise climate control and thermal layout demands. Thermal Conductivity: Features an outstanding rating of λ = 0,022 W/Mk ensuring minimal heat transmission and maximum energy conservation.
Insulation Core Density : PUR Core: 40-45 \dansite (±2) kg/m³ PIR Core : 40-45 \dansite (±2) kg/m³
Fire Reaction Class : Compliant with strict safety regulations, our panels are certified with B-s2, d0 for PUR insulation and highly-resistant B-s1, d0 for PIR insulation cores.
Dimensional Flexibility : To eliminate material waste on site, panels can be custom manufactured in any length ranging from a minimum of 2 meters up to 15 meters. Structural Steel & Surface Coatings : Substrate Material: Built using high-durability, prepainted galvanized steel sheets for long-lasting corrosion resistance.
Metal Thickness Variants :
Inner Surface: Available from 0.40 mm to 0.80 mm depending on your engineering load requirements.
Outer Surface: Available from 0.50 mm to 0.80 mm for enhanced external protection.
Color & Protective Finishes : The standard production color is RAL 9002. Premium, high-resistance PVdF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) coatings and alternative custom colors are available as optional upgrades.
Surface Protection : Upon request, a 100-200 µ (micron) thick surface protection tape is applied to the panel faces to safeguard against scratching and structural impacts during transit and installation.
